2011 Predictions For The Toronto Real Estate Market

January 28th, 2011 admin

Have you every wished you could see into the future and predict what’s going to happen to Toronto real estate listings and the market this year?  I certainly have but unfortunately I haven’t got that talent nor do I trust palm readers and other psychics.

The best we can do is read, watch and listen to as many experts as possible and sift through the truths and the opinions, many of them different or totally opposed to each other.  We should analyse what their level of expertise is and their knowledge of the topic we’re interested in.  From that guage what “score” we’re going to give them on the credibility scale.

On Tuesday January 25th Pamela Alexander did a presentation to over 3,000 RE/MAX  agents about her predictions as to what 2011 would bring to our Toronto real estate market.

As a bit of a background, in January 1995 Pamela was appointed a Regional Director for RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada Inc.

In 1999, Pamela became CEO and Managing Director for three regions in the United States and one in Canada and currently, she supervises over 15,000 sales associates.

Her comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, its trends and future direction, as well as her strong business skills have focused and directed the regional teams with respect to on-going success, increased market share and agent growth.

Watch the video and learn what Pamela and her staff of economics advisors are predicting for 2011.
